The journey to self-love has been challenging, but it's crucial to recognize its importance. It's only now that I've realized how much I've neglected myself. I've been undervalued and disrespected as a woman countless times. I feel an urgency to share my journey with you, including all the emotions and feelings I've experienced and continue to endure. My passion for activities I once loved gradually disappeared without my notice. I was losing myself and didn't realize it until it was too late; I had sunk so low that I saw no way out. I lost weight, hair, and the desire to shower or socialize. My light had dimmed, and I had become so accustomed to it that I settled into complacency. Amidst many tears and silent screams, I suffered alone. To everyone else, I appeared normal, masking my pain well. I began smoking weed to numb myself, so I wouldn't have to face my reality, smoking more whenever I felt the high fading. I stayed high from morning till night, even smoking if I woke up during the night. Then, one day, I reached a point of severe depression. I was transferring trains, shopping online on the platform, when the breeze from an approaching train startled me. I was standing still, waiting, and almost stepped in front of the train without realizing it. A man asked if I was okay, and internally, I was screaming for help. The thought of harming my children made me cry all day. I promised myself never to let that happen again, and the next day, I sought help. Now, my journey truly begins. This is just a brief overview of what I wish to share with you, hoping it might aid you as well. I will offer myself as a living sacrifice to the cause by being transparent. 1 Cor 16:14 Let All Your Things Be Done in Love
