Because each item is handmade with love, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. - Shipping:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, but we will always do our best to help if any issues arise. - Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of many of our products (like journals, tumblers, and apparel), all sales are final.
However, if there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our very best to make it right. - Cancellations:
