We often think healing requires action.
Movement.
Doing something to make the feeling go away.
But Scripture invites us into stillness instead:
“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10
Stillness isn’t avoidance.
It’s trust.
God meets you when you stop running.
When you stop numbing.
When you stop pretending you’re unaffected.
You don’t have to rush past what hurts to prove your faith.
God is present in the staying.
If today feels uncomfortable, let it be.
You are not alone in it.
